From selected grapes, with excellent condition of phenolic maturation and a balanced acidity, vinified in small mills with control of temperature (24-26ºC) after previous skin maceration cold for 24 hours.
Tasting Note
Deep purple in color, it has aromas and flavors of well-marked red fruits such as cherry and black plum, with subtle notes of mint, spices and vanilla; the soft and fine tannins are well present giving a long and complex structure. This wine has an optimum aging potential in the bottle.
