The grapes were carefully selected and completely destemmed on arrival at the winery. The fermentation took place in mills with robotized step at a controlled temperature of 77 °F.
Tasting Note
Garnet colored wine with aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it is smooth and rounded with balanced acidity and with ripe and elegant tannins.

This Porão Velho is a perfect match to pairing to red meat dishes, roasts and barbecues or with strong cheeses.
