Produced in the Lisbon Region, from the red varieties of Castelão and Aragonez, through the traditional “bica aberta” process (grape skins have no contact wiyh the must during fermentation) at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.
Tasting Note
It features a pinkish red colour, an enveloping flavor of red fruits and a fresh taste.

This Penafirme is a perfect match to pairing selfish, fish or grilled meat dishes.
